Born ca. 1836. He lived in Kingsboro, and was a farmer. He had two wives: Lydia MacVane and Ann Leet.
Lydia and Theophilus were first cousins. Lydia died in childbirth. Joshua F. MacDonald was his son. It is unclear at this time which woman was Joshua's mother.
It is noted that during his marriage to Ann Leet they "had issue[sic]". It is unclear what this means.
He died 14 November 1923, and was buried in South Lake at the Church of Christ Cemetery.
